General Information-

Polylactic Acid (PLA) is a biodegradable thermoplastic made from renewable resources like corn, making it a sustainable and widely used 3D printing material. Easy and safe to print, PLA is ideal for hobbyists, schools, and professionals alike. It works with most FDM 3D printers due to its low printing temperature, offers excellent bed adhesion with minimal warping, and emits very little odor during printing. PLA also supports a wide range of colors and finishes, making it perfect for visually appealing prints, rapid prototypes, household items, and children’s projects. However, it is not recommended for parts exposed to high heat, heavy mechanical loads, or prolonged outdoor use.
