Shipping and Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at INFILL 3D. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped as follows:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 days from the day the order was placed.
  • Orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

For Lost and Damaged Packages

Please contact INFILL 3D customer service immediately if a damaged shipment is received or your tracked order is showing as delivered but has not been received.

NOTE: INFILL 3D does not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

It is our goal at INFILL 3D to provide a comprehensive and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unused & sealed items within 7 days after receiving your item, for items that were purchased on infill3d.in or from an authorized seller. Items purchased from any other third party distributor or seller must be returned through them. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value only.

To start a return, you can contact us at office@infill3d.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: For all AMAZON India orders, AMAZON India will handle full refunds and replacement, not INFILL 3D.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
